Omprakash Jha leads the firm's day-to-day practice as Managing Partner. He anchors TLP's securities litigation, regulatory and commercial disputes desks, and has represented SEBI, BSE and other institutional clients in several precedent-setting matters.

He regularly appears before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, the Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court of India, and advises listed companies, exchanges and regulators on enforcement strategy.
