Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure — advised and represented the client in the INR 2,000 crores Palais Royale project in Mumbai across the Bombay High Court, NCLT and NCLAT, resisting SARFAESI action and challenging winding-up and insolvency proceedings against associate companies.

Shapoorji Pallonji Group — initiated CIRP under Section 9 of the IBC against a prominent infrastructure company for operational debt default in the Mumbai Metro Project, and continues to defend the corporate debtor client in several Section 9 petitions.

State Maritime Board — acted in the CIRP process for securing lease rent of INR 1,400 crores on behalf of the board.

SEBI — represented the regulator in challenges to recovery proceedings against Pancard Clubs Limited (~INR 7,500 crores of investor funds).
